Tory Weigle is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Tory's practice is devoted to litigation principally involving commercial disputes at the trial court and appellate levels. He has devoted the past several years to the trial and management of large and complex insurance coverage litigation, in which he has been trial or appellate counsel in several decisions rendered by the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the First, Second, Sixth, and District of Columbia Circuits.
