Gerard J. Onorata has been with Peckar & Abramson since 1992, during which time he has had several written decisions published concerning public bidding laws and various other construction related issues. Mr. Onorata has authored a number of articles related to ERISA preemption of the New York Lien Law, the New Jersey Bond Act and the New Jersey Construction Lien Law for the Construction and Public Contracts Law Section Newsletter of the New Jersey Bar Association. He has been recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers for his prominence in Construction Law. Mr. Onorata is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey as well as the courts of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Onorata is a graduate of the University of New Haven and Seton Hall University School of Law. |
