The firm was established in 1997. It specializes in Banking Law, Insolvency, Real Estate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law. Most of its clients are foreign companies and international banks investing and active in the Czech Republic and Central Eastern European region. The firm's staff consists of 15 Czech, two Slovak, two German, one American lawyer and one Australian lawyer. The firm is a member of ICC Czech Republic.
