| Biography | In June, 2011 Bert was appointed by Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey to the Judicial Nominating Commission for the state of Tennessee. In this capacity, Bert is proud to serve the state of Tennessee by working with the other members of the Commission in making judicial nominations to state appellate courts and the state Supreme Court when vacancies arise.
