He advises French and foreign companies in connection with their equity operations, including purchase and sale of securities or assets, taking over shares, setting-up of joint ventures and partnerships. More specifically, Gilles Gaillard has developed experience in the finance and insurance sectors.
He has been particularly involved in several major concentration matters at a national and European level. He has broad experience in insurance law, both with regards to contracts and products (life and non-life) and in regulatory issues related to structures and intermediation in collaboration with specialized regulatory authorities. He organizes distribution and partnerships in France and abroad.
