Gillian Kerr is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on commercial and contractual disputes, class actions (including price-fixing and product liability allegations) and professional liability.
Ms. Kerr has trial experience, and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice and Administrative Tribunals.
Ms. Kerr obtained her B.A (with distinction) in Economics and Political Science from McGill University, and her LL.B (common law) and B.C.L (civil law) from McGill University's Faculty of Law.
Ms. Kerr is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2009.
