Our firm was founded in 1967 by the late Wyman O. Gilmore, Sr. Today, his children head a law firm that continues Mr. Gilmore's legacy of serving the working people of Alabama.
The Gilmore Law Firm is centrally located in southwestern Alabama, headquartered in the Clarke County city of Grove Hill. We also have an office in Mobile, Alabama and an attorney in Nashville, Tennessee. We are based in Grove Hill because that is where the late senior Mr. Gilmore established the firm. We have continued to practice in Grove Hill because the central location allows us to serve a wider geographical area that includes Clarke, Washington, Choctaw, Marengo, Wilcox, Monroe, Mobile and Baldwin, Conecuh, Dallas, Hale, Lowndes, and Escambia counties. We also handle cases in Mississippi because of our close proximity to it and because we have an attorney licensed there.
