Gilson B. Gray III practices in the areas of corporate and banking law with an emphasis on financing transactions, secured lending, workouts, lender liability issues, bank regulatory matters, and mergers and acquisitions, often with international components. He previously served as a director of Hill Samuel & Co. Limited and Bank of America International Limited in London and New York, where he was engaged in merchant and investment banking.
Admitted to practice in New York and the Republic of Korea, Mr. Gray is a graduate of Harvard Law School (magna cum laude), where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review, and of Princeton University and its Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
