Ginger works primarily in the areas of business litigation and appellate law. She also handles foreclosures and other banking issues for several banks in Southwest Missouri. Ginger was born and raised in Springfield, providing her clients with important local knowledge and experience.

· Obtained defense verdict after 4-day jury trial on plaintiff's claims for nuisance, negligence, and trespass from claimed pollution from neighboring business
· Obtained reversal of judgment on appeal on ground trial court erred in not submitting issues to jury
· Obtained affirmance on appeal of Commission decision that employer properly terminated employee for misconduct in connection with work
· Appointed by Missouri Supreme Court to represent criminal defendant on petition for writ of habeas corpus, obtained release of prisoner after 17 years of imprisonment
