Our purpose is to obtain the maximum recovery possible for our clients who are injured, disabled or killed by unsafe products, corporate negligence, discrimination and environmental negligence.

At our firm, we aren't afraid to take high-risk cases and break new ground. We are known for taking on cases other firms have turned down because they haven't done it before. Our firm was one of the first to handle claims on behalf of police officers against Ford Motor Company for the Crown Victoria sedan it produces as a police car after a number of fuel tank explosions caused severe injuries and death. We have also been at the forefront in police brutality cases. As a result of our pursuit of such claims, policies and procedures involving the use of handcuffs and batons have been improved. We have also represented people who have cancer and other life-threatening illnesses and health problems caused by their mother's exposure to creosote, a wood preservative, during pregnancy.

While each case is unique and must be assessed on its merits, we have been successful in obtaining many verdicts and settlements over a million dollars for our clients.
