As an attorney and a CPA, Mr. Fox applies his dual disciplines to business law, financing, public finance, health care, tax and estate planning and real estate. Mr. Fox is chair of the Firm's Corporate and Bond Practice Groups, and he also handles a broad range of matters, including municipal and tax-exempt financing, negotiation of contracts, business arrangements for both startups and terminations and general business advice. He also counsels for-profit, nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations and individuals in various aspects of the law. Mr. Fox participated in the Federal Judicial Clerkship Clinical Program in the chambers of the Hon. Emil F. Goldhaber, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
