Biography

Glenn G. Pudelka is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Department. His practice focuses on various intellectual property issues (concentrating in the area of copyright), licensing and collaborations, copyright litigation, franchising, as well as general corporate, bankruptcy, and privacy law. He represents individuals and companies in publishing/entertainment, information technology, and biotechnology fields, as well as numerous colleges and universities. Prior to joining the Firm, Glenn worked for eight years as a book editor for several publishing houses in New York City.

Glenn has been included in the Massachusetts Rising Star listing, a Thomson Reuters publication, in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
