Glenn G. Pudelka is Counsel in the firm's Intellectual Property Department. His practice focuses on various intellectual property issues (with expertise in in the area of copyright), licensing and collaborations, copyright litigation, franchising, as well as general corporate, and privacy law. He represents individuals and companies in publishing/entertainment, information technology, and biotechnology fields, as well as numerous colleges and universities. Glenn is also co-chair of the Firm's Boston office Diversity and Inclusion committee as well as a member of the Pro Bono and Hiring committees. Prior to joining the Firm, Glenn worked for eight years as a book editor for several publishing houses in New York City.

•Negotiated numerous publishing agreements for authors.
•Evaluated open source issues in litigation and various business transactions.
•Drafted collaboration agreements between client and foreign entities regarding development of biotechnology product.
•Represented a biotechnology company in a collaboration agreement for China.
•Negotiated several exclusive license agreements with major universities for life sciences companies.
•Negotiated and drafted several contact research organization agreements for life sciences companies.
•Assisted various publishing and life sciences clients in the sale and purchase of specific assets.
•Counsel numerous clients on various trademark and other intellectual property issues.
•Negotiated comprehensive IT Services Master Agreement for client.
•Negotiated exclusive license to client's music library with publishing house.

Glenn is currently an Executive Committee member and co-chair of the Chapters Committee of The Copyright Society of the USA and former Chair of the NE Chapter of The Copyright Society of the USA. He is also currently a Board member of the Arts & Business Council of Greater Boston. He participates in the city-wide Power Lunch program, which is dedicated to reading to children within the Boston public schools.
