Glenn G. Pudelka is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Department. His practice focuses on various intellectual property issues (concentrating in the area of copyright), licensing and collaborations, copyright litigation, franchising, as well as general corporate, bankruptcy, and privacy law. He represents individuals and companies in publishing/entertainment, information technology, and biotechnology fields, as well as numerous colleges and universities. Prior to joining the Firm, Glenn worked for eight years as a book editor for several publishing houses in New York City.
Glenn has been included in the Massachusetts Rising Star listing, a Thomson Reuters publication, in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

· Drafted collaboration agreements between client and foreign entities regarding development of biotechnology product.
· Represented a biotechnology company in a collaboration agreement for China.
· Negotiated several exclusive license agreements with major universities for life sciences companies.
· Negotiated and drafted several contact research organization agreements for life sciences companies.
· Assisted various publishing and life sciences clients in the sale and purchase of specific assets.
· Counsel numerous clients on various trademark and other intellectual property issues.
· Negotiated comprehensive IT Services Master Agreement for client.

Glenn is currently a trustee and an Executive Committee member of The Copyright Society of the USA and former Chair of the NE Chapter of The Copyright Society of the USA. He is also formerly a co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's Arts, Entertainment and Sports Law Committee. He participates in the city-wide Power Lunch program, which is dedicated to reading to children within the Boston public schools.
