| Biography | Glenn M. Ford is an attorney in private practice in Jackson, Wyoming beginning in February, 2004. His practice at the firm focuses on real estate and business transactions, complex civil litigation, banking and debt restructuring, and complex domestic relations matters. He began his law practice in 1975 with Gable & Gotwals in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At that firm he focused on litigation matters, banking and bankruptcy reorganizations. From 1981 through 2003 Mr. Ford was engaged in a variety of business matters. He served in a senior credit position with Bank of America where he focused on corporate restructurings. He was a senior officer of a major Texas bank holding company responsible for all of the holding company's problem assets. As an investment banker with a regional investment banking firm, he was responsible for corporate financial advisory assignments, public offerings and private placements for clients in a wide variety of industries. From 1988 through 1992 Mr. Ford served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer for a media company. Since moving to Jackson, Wyoming in 1993, Mr. Ford has been active in a number of financial advisory consulting assignments with clients located across the United States, served as interim chief financial officers for both public and private companies, and maintained a real estate development business in Jackson. He has been a visiting lecturer at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in the area of corporate restructurings. He has also lectured in a variety of continuing legal education programs in the area of corporate restructuring. Mr. Ford has been selected to the Best Lawyers in America in the practice areas of real estate law and banking law. |
