The firm was founded in 1971 by John P. Goedert. Mr. Huntington joined the firm in 1976 and Mr. DeBoer joined the firm in 1986. Our practice has focused on a wide range of business advice and transactions, business succession planning, estate planning, decedent's estates, and federal and state taxation and tax matter resolution.
