Founded in 1977 by Steven D. Cohn and Richard S. Goldberg, the firm is embarking on its third decade in historic Brooklyn Heights, New York. We are a general practice law firm whose principals offer more than fifty (50) years of experience in the fields of business, corporate, criminal, environmental, real estate and matrimonial law.
