About this office: Goldberg, Racila, D'Alessandro & Noone first opened their doors for business on July 1, 2000. This vision of the founding partners was to provide full service to the community in several areas of law, including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and misdemeanor criminal cases. As time has gone on, the firm has had the honor of representing clients in a number of cases involving very specialized areas of law, such as trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian vs. vehicle accidents, injuries due to defective products, construction injuries, animal attacks, boating related accidents, and injuries which could have been prevented, but occurred due to the lack of adequate security or safety measures. Since opening its doors over seven years ago, the firm has negotiated many cases to successful resolution, as well as going to trial on numerous cases in which favorable verdicts were obtained. The firm's success has spanned the entire State of Florida, as well as involvement in cases in other areas of the country. Goldberg, Racila, D'Alessandro & Noone has served the public through pro bono cases, and has become involved in a number of charity projects for the betterment of the community.
