Gordon Silver's Commercial Leasing Group represents clients within the commercial real estate and multi-family development industries. This includes everything from commercial developers to property managers to closely-held single asset real estate projects.

The services provided by the Group are as wide-ranging as the clients we serve. Specifically, we provide our clients with the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements for both landlords and tenants in all types of commercial projects; representation of parties in lease disputes (both prior to and during litigation); and the commencement and prosecution of eviction and collection actions.

Our attorneys are well-versed in negotiating commercial lease agreements on behalf of restaurant franchisees, large box retail tenants, and gaming and slot route operators. In addition, our attorneys have assisted both tower companies and wireless communications companies in their development and deployment of wireless communication towers, along with preparing and negotiating ground leases, subleases, and licenses for tower space and co-location agreements.
