Our Employment Law group provides guidance and support to our clients in all matters related to their employees including drafting and reviewing employee handbooks and personnel policies and procedures, consulting with employers when hiring, disciplining or discharging employees, and preparing employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and separation agreements.  Our employment lawyers are also well-seasoned litigators and can assist employers through administrative audits, hearings, and investigations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Nevada Equal Rights Commission, OSHA, Department of Labor, Nevada Labor Commissioner, and other state and federal agencies as well as litigate any matter in court. In addition, if you are ever in need of employee training, our Employment Law attorneys can provide that training as well.
