The firm was established when Wolfgang Graf and Alexander Patsch left Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati at the end of 2003. Bernd Taucher who also worked for Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati before joined the firm as partner in 2006.
