Graham Lim's practice covers leveraged finance, projects, and private equity investments. He has advised on the financing of corporate acquisitions, buyouts, and privatizations. He also has worked on energy, transportation, and other civil undertakings in the United States, Latin America, Africa, and Asia, acting for lenders and sponsors on all stages from prequalification and bid evaluation to financial close.
Financial institutions Graham has represented include Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Jefferies, Macquarie, Standard Bank, Standard Chartered, and Wells Fargo. He also has acted for private equity firms, hedge funds, and special opportunities investors on a variety of finance and corporate matters, including Gaw Capital, Morgan Stanley, Ospraie Management, and WL Ross & Co.
Graham has practiced with Jones Day in Hong Kong, New York, London, and Singapore. He sits on the Documentation Committee of the Asia-Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA), and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
