Graham is keen to serve his new market by combining the advantage of his varied litigation experiences with his determined sense of advocacy, a trait his new clients will no doubt quickly come to appreciate. Graham's personal injury practice will heavily involve motor vehicle accident, long-term disability and accident benefits claims, given his background and training in that area. The corporate-commercial portion of his litigation practice will include breach of contract, shareholder dispute and debt collection cases. A life long learner, Graham recently completed his Master of Laws in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Osgood Hall Law School of York University, widely regarded as Ontario's leading professional development program. Graham's major paper in this program centered upon the nature and use of the oppression remedy, found in the Ontario Business Corporation Act, in corporate litigation. In building his Eastern Ontario presence, Graham will marshal the enthusiasm and emotion evidence from his athletic roots for use in the courtroom.
