Grant Cook has been engaged in civil commercial litigation for more than 50 years. He handles and tries virtually every type of civil lawsuit with the exception of admiralty and tax litigation. Grant focuses his practice on shareholder derivative actions, hostile takeovers, general contract disputes, common law fraud, business torts, libel and slander, intellectual property, trade secrets, construction litigation, and partnership disputes. He represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Grant also serves as a mediator and arbitrator in complex civil litigation.
