About this office:
Formed in 1998 by Seth Greenberg and Joshua Stein, the firm of Greenberg & Stein, P.C. has grown to a five lawyer, ten paralegal boutique law firm concentrating in helping people injured by others regain the dignity and security that they might have lost as a result of their injury. We have spent the past fourteen years focusing on enabling our clients to return to financial independence by obtaining maximum recovery in their cases. We also take great pride in helping our clients deal with the confusing maze of health insurance, worker's compensation and no-faullt benefits that they find themselves navigating so that they might stay financially secure during the time that their case is pending. Our efficient size allows us to pay personal attention to each of our clients' cases.
We proudly represent the victims who have suffered injury as a result of many different types of negligence. We represent victims of car accidents, falls, industrial accidents, construction accidents, nursing home accidents, assaults by law enforcement, and medical/dental negligence.
We also represent people who have been denied overtime or been made to work more than 40 hours a week without receiving their fair wages under the law.
The firm is a supporter of The New York State Trial Lawyers Association and includes a member of the Executive Board of the organization.
