GT is the only Top 20 AmLaw 100 firm with a Hispanic or African-American president or CEO. We were one of the first AmLaw Top 20 firms to have a woman chair its national litigation practice.


For us, diversity is about taking action – opening doors for lawyers. For example, we played a pivotal role in the landmark Supreme Court decision reaffirming the constitutionality of affirmative action programs in higher education through our amicus curiae brief. In addition, our firm leadership lobbied with other community leaders to achieve the creation of diversity-minded law schools in Florida.
