Gregg Michael has extensive experience representing large institutional lenders and borrowers in corporate financing transactions with respect to both asset and real estate based credit facilities, many times in connection with acquisitions and refinancings. His practice also includes assisting start-up and early-stage companies with respect to formation and capitalization matters. Gregg's information technology practice is generally concentrated in the area of software licensing and internet and other electronic commerce issues, as well as information technology related to consulting, distribution, development, integration and marketing agreements. Additionally, prior to joining Eckert Seamans in 1998, Gregg was general counsel of a multi-national software and information technology consulting company.
