Gregg Heinemann's litigation practice and experience cover a range of commercial, product liability and mass tort litigation, including representing pharmaceutical companies in product liability actions. Gregg is active in the Eckert Seamans' pro bono project and has represented a number of indigent clients, helping them to obtain protection from abuse orders.

· Represents pharmaceutical manufacturers in product liability and class action litigation in state and federal courts in national, regional and local counsel roles;
· Counsel in product liability and mass tort litigation in federal and state courts;
· Experience defending manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automobiles, and consumer products;
· Represents clients in claims for breach of contract, tortious interference with contractual relations, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and unjust enrichment;
· Represents residential home builders in litigation involving personal injury, breach of contract and construction defect claims.
