Gregory A. Fishman focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border real estate transactions, real estate funds, joint ventures, real estate finance and leasing. Greg represents clients in connection with the sponsorship, formation and implementation of real estate funds domestically and internationally, investments in real estate funds, joint venture agreements, acquisitions and dispositions of real property, including multi-family, student housing, office, industrial and hotel properties, and leasing and management of office, retail and industrial properties. He also represents both financial institutions and borrowers in connection with construction, mezzanine and general secured real estate financings, including loan workouts and restructurings. Greg's clients include institutional investors, investment advisors, public and private real estate companies, REITs and financial institutions.
