Mr. Asciolla represents clients in the arts in several pro bono matters involving art law and intellectual property. With extensive experience in antitrust law, Mr. Asciolla practiced antitrust litigation and counseling on behalf of clients worldwide at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. He began his career as an attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice/Antitrust Division, where he focused on anticompetitive conduct in the healthcare industry. As a law student at Catholic University, he served as a member of the Catholic University Law Review and was the co-founder and executive editor of the CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law & Policy. He also earned a certificate after successfully completing the law school's Comparative and International Law Program. Mr. Asciolla received an A.B., cum laude, in English and Economics, from Boston College. Mr. Asciolla is the Vice Chairman of the Horizontal Restraints Committee of the New York State Bar Association - Antitrust Committee, and a member of the Commercial & Federal Litigation section - Antitrust Committee.
