As a member of the Workers' Compensation Practice Group, Greg practices exclusively in the area of workers' compensation defense. He has handled well over 2,000 workers' compensation matters in his career to date, representing a large number of hotels and hospitality companies, as well as health care providers, department stores and transportation companies.
Greg graduated from Eastern New Mexico University in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in political science. He went to work for the IRS prior to enrolling in law school at Creighton University. Greg earned his juris doctor degree in May of 1990 and subsequently served as a law clerk to the Honorable John A. McLaughlin, I.E. in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Greg was admitted to the Bar of New Jersey in December 1990.
From October 1991 through August 1995, Greg worked as a solo practitioner in Kearny, New Jersey. In August of 1995, he joined a plaintiff's firm as an associate, representing plaintiffs in personal injury actions, petitioners in workers' compensation claims, buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, and defendants in Municipal Court matters.
Greg was appointed municipal public defender by the town of Kearny from 1997 through November 2001. Greg is also a past president of the West Hudson County Bar Association.
