Greg is a Member in the Corporate and Securities Section. His practice is focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions and private equity financings.
Greg provides on-going legal representation to a variety of portfolio companies, including counsel regarding strategic business approaches, employment agreements, separation arrangements, issuances of equity, etc. Prior to rejoining Mintz Levin in 2012, Greg was an attorney at another Boston-based law firm. There, he represented private equity sponsors and publicly and privately held companies in a variety of corporate transactional matters.

He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Greg received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University (1990) and his MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island (1992). He was awarded his JD, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Boston College Law School (2002) where he was senior editor of the Boston College Law Review.
