| Biography | Mr. Sanders is an AV peer review rated attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, product liability law and professional malpractice. He has been identified as one of Utah's "Legal Elite" in litigation by Utah Business Magazine over multiple years. Before joining Kipp and Christian he served as a Deputy Salt Lake County Attorney from 1980 to 1984. He served active duty with the U.S. Army JAG from 1977 to 1980 and retired as a Colonel with the Army Reserve in 2004. His last duty assignment was as Assistant Chief, Litigation Division, U.S. Army Legal Services Agency. He is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a national trial attorney honor society. He is a frequent speaker on litigation topics for continuing legal education courses.
