| Biography | Gregory M. (Greg) Ewers practices in the areas of general corporate and securities law. He represents both start-up entities as well as more mature companies with regard to both routine and unique business transactions. Greg actively represents clients with business ownership transfers and funding activities, including: mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and private securities offerings. Representation generally involves all phases of the project from due diligence through negotiation of the contract/offering terms.
