| Biography | Gregory Hess concentrates his practice on intellectual property law, including intellectual property identification and protection, licensing and transfer, and dispute resolution. He regularly assists clients with a wide variety of intellectual property agreements, including patent, copyright, and trademark license agreements, Internet-related agreements, OEM, distribution and reseller agreements, confidentiality agreements and transfer agreements. He also assists clients with trademark evaluation, selection and registration and copyright-related matters. Mr. Hess has extensive experience in copyright and trademark infringement litigation and settlement, having handled and successfully resolved many such disputes in courts across the nation. He also has a broad range of experience with other types of commercial litigation. Mr. Hess was listed in the 2004, 2005, 2007, 2009-2012 editions of Utah Business magazine's Utah's Legal Elite in intellectual property.
