Greg Hanmer practices corporate and commercial law and is a Partner in the Waterloo office of Miller Thomson.
In the Financial Services area, Greg acts for banks and other lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial loans, financings and secured transactions. Greg also has experience in acting for lenders, borrowers and other stakeholders in the enforcement of security, restructuring, receivership and bankruptcy matters. Prior to commencing practice, Greg was employed in commercial lending and also worked in the insolvency practice of a national accounting firm.
Greg has a particular interest in health care and regularly advises clients in the health sector. He has acted on such matters as: outsourcing arrangements; public/private sector arrangements; requests for proposals and agreements with vendors; the purchase, sale and leasing of assets and operations; construction and development; technology agreements; pension matters; environmental and real property matters.
