Gregory T. Sturges has 10 years' experience in commercial and mass tort litigation representing industrial companies, financial institutions, tech companies, education companies, and pharmaceutical companies. He has handled virtually all phases of litigation through trial and appeal. Greg is admitted in all Pennsylvania state and federal courts, and has practiced in many other state and federal courts around the country. He routinely handles contract, insurance, fraud, consumer, and real estate claims, including disputes over arbitration. Acting both as jurisdictional counsel and national counsel, Greg has defended a variety of mass tort claims, including in the environmental, asbestos, hydrocarbon, and pharmaceutical context.

|Reported Cases||Significant Representations; Tried bellwether environmental tort case involving alleged exposure to industrial waste in Southern Indiana, resulting in defense verdict and affirmance following exhaustive appeals. Represented U.S. parent company in Pennsylvania state court in lawsuit brought by employee of Brazilian subsidiary, which was dismissed on forum non conveniens grounds. Obtained writ of prohibition from Arkansas Supreme Court in case raising an issue of first impression. Defended metals manufacturer in novel toxic tort claim in California state court, resulting in dismissal on demurrer. Removed class action to Louisiana federal court under traditional diversity jurisdiction and Class Action Fairness Act, resulting in dismissal following removal's affirmance. Defended major equipment manufacturer in state and federal asbestos litigation around the country, coordinating defense in more than a dozen active jurisdictions.
