Greg Young is Counsel in the firm's Nashville office where he is a member of the Environmental, Natural Resources & Energy Service Group. Greg's practice focuses on all aspects of environmental law. He regularly represents clients in permitting, rulemaking and contested case proceedings before the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation (TDEC), and has defended clients against enforcement actions brought by TDEC and the federal EPA. He also has experience representing business clients in defense of environmental citizen suit and toxic tort claims in both state and federal courts. He is listed as a "Rising Star" in Mid-South Super Lawyers (2009-2011).
