I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Berkeley (UC), California in 1981 and went on to earn my J.D. degree from UC Berkeley Law School, Boalt Hall in 1984. I opened my own law practice in 1996 and since then have been focusing on business, real property and corporate matters, both transactions and litigation.
