Gretchen P. Aylward

Ms. Aylward concentrates her practice in immigration law for both businesses and individuals. Her practice includes filing applications for employment and family-based immigration with the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service. She has extensive experience in counseling U.S. health care clients regarding the employment of foreign physicians, and in North American Free Trade Agreement-based business immigration. She also helps clients obtain both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas (L-1 intra-company transferee, E-2 investor, etc.) and files applications for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas with U.S. consulates in foreign countries.
