| Biography | Grey Bryan is a partner and Chair of the Firm's International Practice Group. He divides his time between the Washington, DC and Century City offices. Previously, Grey established and was partner-in-charge, from January 1987 to April 1990, of the Firm's Tokyo office. Grey counsels foreign and American clients involved in international business disputes and transactions. His adversarial practice emphasizes representing U.S. and foreign clients before U.S. and foreign government agencies that regulate international trade and business, panels established pursuant to international agreements such as the WTO and NAFTA and arbitral tribunals organized under the rules of various international commercial arbitration institutions. His transactional practice focuses on the representation of both large and emerging companies in cross-border acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures and complex licensing and distribution arrangements.
