About this office:
Griffith Davison's foundations were built upon construction law. Since being formed in 1993, the firm has strategically grown to become one of the largest and well-respected construction law firms in Texas and throughout the United States. The firm is proud to include amongst its attorneys several of the most recognized and accomplished construction lawyers in Texas. Our construction practice includes the representation of clients in the construction and real estate industry including general contractors, subcontractors, owners and developers.
Griffith Davison's attorneys assist our clients with all of their legal needs, including contract drafting and negotiation, litigation and arbitration, claim analysis and preparation, bond and lien claims, as well as general business matters. We counsel clients on business practices, including project management and documentation, compliance with state and federal laws, dispute avoidance and other matters. In addition to our primary practice area of construction law, the firm provides legal services to its clients in the areas of corporate law, as well as complex commercial and business litigation.
The firm's approach to the practice of construction law is simple: quality representation, efficiency, knowledge, and sound business judgment. We enjoy long-term relationships with our clients and work closely with them to help them achieve their goals.
Griffith Davison can be found in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and the tier rankings of Chambers & Partners USA.
