  • Representation of potentially responsible parties ("PRPs") at complex, multi-party state and federal Superfund sites throughout the United States, including formation of PRP groups and steering committees, selection of common counsel, review of remedy design and selection, negotiation of settlements with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and state and local regulatory agencies, selection of remediation contractors, oversight of community relations efforts, and evaluation and allocation of costs among PRPs.
