• When Florida officials created Enterprise Florida, the state's local economic development program, they turned to Gunster Yoakley to negotiate and prepare formation documents, contact with fund managers and coordinate all related legal matters.
• Several of South Florida's most experienced and influential entrepreneurs starting a technology accelerator retained Gunster Yoakley to review formation documents, prepare a stock option plan and draft and negotiate all agreements with their portfolio companies.
