· Represented entity in the development and construction of a 210,000 square foot urban office building and garage
· Represented entity in the financing and constructing of a 220,000 square foot medical office building and garage utilizing New Market Tax Credits
· Represented entity in the financing and construction of a mixed use development utilizing New Market Tax Credits
· Represented entity in the financing, development and construction of a 220,000 square foot office building and garage utilizing New Market Tax Credits
· Represented financial institution in the creation of a community development entity to be certified by the Community Development Financial Institution Fund for the purpose of receiving allocation of New Market Tax Credits
· Served on the Board of Directors and provided legal services to a publicly traded company
· Represented buyers and sellers in various corporate asset and stock transactions
· Represented various commercial and real estate developers and development projects
