A Law Graduate from the Law School of Universidade de São Paulo ("USP") - Largo São Francisco in 1996. A Masters Degree in Law from Pontífica Universidade Católica de São Paulo ("PUC-SP") in 2004. He worked for PINHEIRO NETO - ADVOGADOS from 1993 to 2004, having been assigned to the Corporate-Real Estate team, where he achieved wide experience in real estate transactions and contracts in general, especially the vanguard ones due to their originality and innovation, including leases in the "Built to Suit" modality, Real Estate Receivables Securitization operations, and Real Estate Financial System operations, Real Estate Investment Funds, Real Estate Developments/Shopping Malls, Land Subdivisions, Residential and Industrial Condominiums, Environmental and Urban Regularization, Legal Real Estate Evaluations in general, Agrarian/Rural Law Operations, Hotels and Tourism, contracts in general, among others. He is currently a professor under the FDTE (POLI-USP) post graduation program for Corporate Real Estate. Furthermore, he has been active in several entities pertaining to real estate activities such as: (i) Administrative Director of CoreNet Global Chapter Brazil, (ii) sitting Member of the São Paulo Lawyers' Institute (Instituto de Advogados de São Paulo - IASP), (iii) Partner of the Real Estate Law Debates Table (Mesa de Debates de Direito Imobiliário - MDDI), and (iv) member of the Real Estate Law Commission at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP).
