| Biography | Guy Rouleau joined BCF in 2001 upon the establishment of its Quebec City office and, in 2004, he continued his commercial practice from our Montreal office. Prior to his arrival at BCF, Guy was a corporate counsel at a leading consulting, engineering and construction firm in Quebec City. Guy advises a varied clientele of private and public companies with the negotiation, drafting, implementation and renegotiation of their commercial transactions, notably with respect to sale and purchase of businesses, start-ups, outsourcing, franchising and consulting arrangements. |
