Carlton practices in the firm's Litigation practice group focusing on labor and employment law. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was a Caruthers Fellow and a Scholar of Merit. He also served as a Junior Editor and Copy Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. Carlton received his M.B.A. from the Brock School of Business at Samford University and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Troy University.
