Fred focuses on the acquisition, protection, enhancement and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks and copyrights.
Fred has more than 10 years of experience in intellectual property asset protection, enforcement, licensing and counseling, including matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. He is involved in all phases of patent prosecution, including appeals and international applications. Fred handles multiple aspects of securing, defending and enforcing trademarks, including U.S. and international applications, oppositions and cancellations. He also has experience with a wide range of corporate transactions involving intellectual property, including drafting and negotiating license agreements and technology development agreements. He is also extensively involved with intellectual property litigation.
Fred also assists clients with e-commerce and computer-related business transactions, including website development and hosting agreements, domain name transfers, and software licenses and development agreements.
