H. RODGER WILDER is a Partner in the firm's Gulfport, Mississippi office. Mr. Wilder has extensive experience advising clients in a wide variety of corporate, commercial, public utility and real estate issues, both from transactional and litigation perspectives. This experience includes, among other things:
· Assisting small and large business clients with commercial transactions and litigation matters.
· Representing a variety of healthcare clients in connection with business and regulatory matters.
· Representing clients on regulatory matters before various federal, state and local boards and agencies.
· Extensive experience in many aspects of public utility and energy law, including state and federal utility regulation, litigation, corporate and commercial matters and real estate issues.
