| Biography | H.J. Michael Croghan is a member of our Real Property & Planning Group in Toronto. He advises clients on general real estate matters with an emphasis on construction and project financing and commercial leasing. Mr. Croghan is a member of the Law Society of England, the Ontario bar and the Canada Japan Trade Council. He serves as a director of a number of Canadian corporations and Canadian subsidiaries of Japanese corporations. Mr. Croghan received his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 1960. He was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Judicature of England in 1956. (Retired)
