The London office was established in 1991 to help the firm's clients expand their businesses across Europe. With Colorado firmly established as a key technology, telecommunications and media center HRO's European practice has expanded rapidly, growing in response to the needs of the firm's clients in these fields. The sixteen lawyers in the London office also represent clients in the manufacturing, entertainment/sports and energy sectors. The London office focuses on project finance, public and private securities offerings, complex multi-jurisdictional commercial transactions, market entry strategies, joint ventures and acquisitions as well as general corporate and commercial law matters. In particular, the office has substantial experience representing companies establishing or expanding European operations, assisting them with legal and regulatory requirements of multiple jurisdictions. Our experience includes acting in the UK and continental Europe, including Central and Eastern Europe. We have clients based in the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. We have lawyers qualified to practice in many jurisdictions including the UK, the US, Germany, and Belgium. In addition to English, the office has lawyers who are fluent in French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Italian.
